Like all other food retailers we source some of our food from wholesalers – though in our case these are wholesalers who specialise in organic foods, wholefoods and fairly traded and ethically sourced produce.

However we try to source as much as we can from local, specialist and artisanal producers with whom we can develop a strong relationship and provide you, our customer – with the best possible products, service and information. Over the weeks ahead we will be providing information here about our local suppliers and their products.
