Healthy Menu Grocery Service
Village Earth Foods has developed the ‘Healthy Menu’ grocery service. Working with our nutritional therapists we have developed a set of nutritionally balanced menus for the modern day family or individual who wants to improve their nutrition.
The service:
- We deliver to you weekly a set of nutritionally balanced menus and recipes which will last for 5 days – this allows you to eat what you want for 2 days of the week!
- Along with the menus and recipes comes a grocery box of produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, which enables you to prepare the recipes for you and your family. The menus are based as far as possible on locally sourced produce.
- We understand the pressures of the modern lifestyle – so the service comes with a ‘busy person’ or ‘time to cook’ option.
- Boxes are delivered to your door on a Wednesday or Thursday.
If you sign up for the ‘healthy menu' service for two persons or more for one month – you are entitled to a free nutritional assessment by a qualified nutritional therapist, or if you have already undertaken an assessment and paid for it - the fee will be reimbursed.
