Where you request us to undertake a nutritional assessment on your behalf we will only use the dietary and health information provided for that purpose and it will only be viewed by one of Village Earth Foods qualified nutritional therapists. That information will be deleted from our records at any time if you request it and in any case 3 months after our last communication with you or provision of service to you on nutritional issues. Any information provided will be kept confidential and communications on personal nutritional matters will only be between yourself and the nutritional therapist.
Customer information that we hold will always be available for you to on request to view and update as you wish at any time and will only include the following detail
- Your Name
- Your Invoice/Delivery Address
- Delivery and product preferences
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Order History
- Nutritional information where this service has specifically been requested.
Credit/debit card details will only be 'live' during the actual transaction. Upon completion and authorisation these numbers will be deleted. For your peace of mind and security you will be required to re key these numbers on any subsequent orders.
The information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We are registered as a data holder with the data protection agency and only use your information to process your orders.
We may use technology to track patterns of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. These "cookies" will enable you to connect to our site more quickly and efficiently in the future and will not be used by us for any other reason than to enable fast and efficient connection to our web site.
